When my wife and I found a 1 acre building lot in the Shelton area we were interested in, we contacted Seth to help us navigate the real estate agent aspect of our purchase. Seth provided a level of service in the purchase of a simple building lot that you would expect for purchasing a much more expensive completed home. We had some feasibility issues at first and actually ended up switching to a different lot. Seth was patient and helpful every step of the way, even providing info on local contractors when we needed help with that. One thing that always impressed us, was how promptly he returned our messages or phone calls, which is important when on a schedule for feasibilities. My Tribe

Born in the scenic beauty of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, my family soon relocated to Washington, where I grew up in the vibrant community of Olympia. After graduating from Olympia High School in 1994, I met Angie—a fellow Olympian and Tumwater High School graduate. Our paths converged romantically and we exchanged vows in 1998.

For the next 25 years, Angie and I poured our hearts into serving the community through pastoral ministries in Pierce and Thurston Counties. Though I briefly ventured into law enforcement, unforeseen circumstances provided me with a new chapter and newe opertunity to develope—one rooted compassion for the less able. I have a personal passion for connecting the disabled with housing and needed resources.

Today, our family—Angie, our two wonderful daughters, and our beloved golden retriever, Tessa and Junipurr the cat —cherish the simple joys of life in the Pacific Northwest. From swimming and exploring our stunning surroundings to creating memories with friends and family, we embrace the magic of this region that we call home.
